Love it, I would be up for either - I can see myself making several baskets for my quilting friends for Christmas!

I love the idea. Perfect Easter basket gift for my lil girls and easily turned into a boy's basket. Something that could be used all year.
An idea for quilter/sewer:
If it is going to be used to store current projects, maybe a small case to keep your scissors, needle/pins, etc together.

For people who wants to join a little swap it will be a big project, making 2 things at the same swap.
And what time do we have to make it?
Like the idea, but I can not choose at the moment.

Hi, I love this swap, but I would prefer just the to make the basket. I love the basket. Both would be a little bit to much for me.
with kind regards, Caro from the Netherlands

I think just the basket itself would be good. People can always put things in it and send if they wanted, but I don't think it should be a requirement. Thanks!!

I agree that just the basket would be enough for the requirement. I always send something else along with my swap even though I don't have to and it's not required. I enjoy the swaps because it gives me a deadline to finish. I don't know if I'd be able to finish two things with everything else going on and wouldn't want to commit to two.

Both...but then I do not have little ones at home to look after with piles of laundry and meals and snacks and carpooling and etc. Just my retired hubby, lazy cat and myself here. A little quilt isn't much to add and can always be an individual add-on for those who want to put a little more time into their swap. Just my opinion...
Thanks again Michele...

True, maybe my other idea could be an idea for another swap. :-)

What a cute basket tutorial! I think that making the quilted basket would be just enough for an online swap! I know I would want to join!

very cute little basket, great tutorial. If its only the basket that we need to make for the swap, I'd love to join in. I had so much fun taking part in the mugrug swap.

I would really love to do both, but I know that I won't have enough time to do both of them. So I'd put my hand up for just a basket. Such a great tutorial too.

I would love to make the basket only if we're given only a short time. It looks like a lot of fun!
