About Oak Trees: The Quercus Club
This group is a gallery of Oak Tree photos. It's purpose is to assemble a gallery for viewers to enjoy.
Quercus is the genus of the Oak Tree Family. Oaks have long been a favorite subject of professional and hobbyist photographers.
Ansel Adams' black and white photos "Oak Tree, Sunset City, California, 1932" and "Oak Tree, Snowstorm, Yosemite National Park, 1948" are in the Adams series of posters that over the last fifteen years have sold nearly 2 million copies.
