I'm sorry you received a book with a manufacturing defect - we can replace that for you right away.
Improper trimming is rare but can occur, and slip by unnoticed in our highly automated system.
I'm not finding you under 'keoshi' - could you send me an email? I can look you up that way (unless you have your order # handy)

Hugh: you guys are 50% features and 50% service - that's why you're so great. It's a shame that my minibook got a defect but it's great that you have such a nice support - thank you so much for that!
BTW, I deleted my pictures, do you have an archive file or should I upload them again?
