What I hate about this season is that you can have a bright (almost too bright) day with a serene blue sky.....AND YET IT'S BLOODY -2 BELOW!

I don't like having to hang my wet laundry inside, it feels like there's laundry evrywhere!! (Besides I don't have time to fold it, I went skating this afternoon and hope to go again tomorrow :)

Peas soup is a typical Dutch winter soup served with rye bread with bacon. I love peas soup but I'm allergic to celery/celeriac (an essential ingredient), so I've invented a version of my own
