About Project Party Hat (Public)

An international group of crafters, scrapbookers, paper artists and mixed media artists got together and each created one-of-a-kind party hats, tiaras and/or crowns as birthday gifts for our dear and talented friend, Teresa McFayden on her Birthday.

This is the PUBLIC version of the original group since the Moderator (me) is a moron and didn't realize you couldn't change a PRIVATE group to a PUBLIC group once you got it up and going. OOPS! A blonde moment I hope you'll all forgive when you see the fabulous stuff these artists have created!
