Music - Through the Eyes of Many - Week 44 Challenge

Music: it's all around us. It's on our home stereo, in our earbuds, on our car radio. We watch street performers, we go to concerts. There's music in a burbling stream or rainfall. It's rhythm, it's melody, sometimes it's lyrics; it's beat and emotion. What would the world be without music?

Post a photo of something musical: an instrument, a musician, a performance, or a photo that illustrates a song title or some favorite lyrics (include the lyrics!)--or whatever else that makes you think "music." Let's dance!

To post your contribution to this thread, simply do the following:
- Bring the picture up on your browser (click on the picture itself).
- Along the top there will be an "all sizes" choice, click on that and then you'll be given an assortment of sizes. Select SMALL.
- In a text box near the bottom of the page, you will see some HTML, which you can cut and paste into a reply to this discussion thread.

You’re not limited to one photo and they don’t have to be 365 photos. Also, previous weeks' challenges are still open as well, and you can still contribute to those!

Today (November 4) I went to a concert of the Monterey County Composers Forum, and my husband performed a silly song on this guitar. (It's a funny guitar too, yes : )

Another Now Gone

Each moment brings new choices;

This year the theme of the Corn Maze In Sunderland MA was musical. There were all hand made chimes that played a song you had to identify. I was a BLAST!

This group plays traditional Peruvian music all over the Boston area -- in Boston itself, here in Harvard Square, and even at the Salem witch festival in the days leading up to Halloween!

If I had ever been asked to do the challenge, I was going to suggest Music as the topic but when it came up I failed to submit an entry. :-) There are a few of my 365 photos I considered, for example a record cover picture or something from the greatest band in the world, but decided to boast again about my recent win. :-)

Went to a local music festival and this guy, who is 72, and has the most sparkly eyes, sang some great blues numbers.
