About Custom Procreate Brushes

This group is for collecting interesting member created brushes for the Procreate iPad app.

In Procreate, brushes contain both a shape and a grain along with a handful of settings to alter the brush. Given that, there are 3 types of images that are acceptable in the group.

1. a shape image
2. a grain image
3. an example image of the stroke your brush makes or how you used it in a painting

This group is not for finished Procreate paintings, but you can submit a partial painting to show as an example of your brush. For finished Procreate artwork you should submit to the Procreate Group on flickr www.flickr.com/groups/procreate/ .

If you submit a shape or a grain (or both), the best size for Procreate to accept is 512x512px. When you submit your image, please copy and paste the following brush settings in your description so we can duplicate your brush.

Shape:

* Scatter: slider (left, middle, right)
* Rotation: slider (left, middle, right)
* Randomised: On/Off

Grain:

* Movement: slider (left, middle, right)
* Scale: slider (left, middle, right)
* Zoom: slider (left, middle, right)
* Filtered: On/Off

Speed:

* Opacity: slider (left, middle, right)
* Size: slider (left, middle, right)

Plot:

* Spacing: slider (left, middle, right)
* Scatter: slider (left, middle, right)

Lastly, it will help later on if you tag your images with: "shape" and/or "grain" or "example"
