About Pride of Northampton

This is a group to collect photos of the public art project running for ten weeks in Northampton, UK. The project is made up of works of art on lion-shaped canvasses, 40 of them, placed around the town and has been organised the Wild in Art and Northampton Borough Council, with lots of local sponsors and businesses, schools and of course local artists. If you've taken any such photos, please enter them to this Group. If you see any other photos of the lions that are not in this group, please suggest this to them.

PS: The lions will be auctioned for charity - the Born Free Foundation and the Cynthia Spencer Hospice - on 23rd September 2010 at the Park Inn.
