penguin popular classics (the new green ones) look like this. (available in US on amazon.com too)

in this group we want to see your redecorated, defaced, adorned, graffiti-ed, painted, scrawled-upon copies of these nice little things. they are nice and cheap (£2 on the high street) and give a good plain surface for drawing etc. it feels a bit wrong to start with, like your teacher's going to tell you off at the end of term - but remember its yours and it was cheap.

should your enhancements be related to the subject matter of the chosen book? don't know. see what happens.

i hope this group gets off the ground, i'm going to add my first effort (moby dick) as soon as i'm happy with it.
