pose dolls: a general term for a genre of vintage dolls with large heads and skinny bodies, sometimes known as bradley dolls after one of the manufacturers that made them. usually the heads are painted fabric with silk hair and the bodies are nylon over wire. they tend to be dressed either as southern belles or mod misses.
