18 Apr 08 - Pictures of posters, signs, and billboards (usually commercial ones) that have been altered in some way, either by having cut-outs from other posters pasted onto them, by having been written or drawn on, by having been graffiti'd, or otherwise. Occasionally includes pictures of posters or pieces of posters that have been cut out and pasted in another context than originally intended.
This is *not* meant for pictures of graffiti-type posters that people stick up on walls.
