You must rate the 2 newest photos, prior to your own, before or after you post your photo. You can also vote on new or old photo's without posting a picture. Please wait for at least another two people to post before you post another photo
If someone does not vote on your picture please send them a polite reminder. If they ignore it, give admin the name and he/she will be banned. (Please give people 24 hours to respond to your email before listing them as a non voter)
Spammers will be instantly banned. NO WARNING!
