Pedro Salvador is anthropologist (Extraordinary Career Award from the University Complutense 2008) and Symbolic Anthropology professor at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, works as Volunteer Department Coordinator of the Fundación Castellano-Manchega de Cooperación. He is currently developing a PhD in Anthropology of Health and a comparative analysis of intercultural health between Bolivia and Spain.
His foray into the photographic world responds to the need to visually document his work and researches, so that his gaze is peopled with the estrangement of the anthropologist and the involvement of a person committed to social change.
