About PORTFOLIO SERIES
This group has been created with the goal of helping new talents on improving there photography skills by critiques and opinion from a selection of 5 to 15 images of their work. You can post as many portfolios you want on the discussion... READ THE RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS FIRST.
P.D. YOU CAN ALSO ASK FOR IDEAS TO CREATE YOUR OWN PORTFOLIO OR THEME WITH SOME OF THE PICS YOU MIGHT HAVE.
RULES:
1) You can upload a random pics from your portfolio to be critiqued, but make it 5 a week max.
2) To create a portfolio just follow this instructions:
SELECTION PROCCESS.
- Choose a serie of pics that you think as a group can say something. A selection that can have a subject as a group.
- Give a them a title.
UPLOADING FOR CRITIQUE
- Post the image on to the discussion thread with the title you selected and your name and last name. Once in the discussion screen, open another window and go to the photo in your flickr, select "all sizes" on the left hand side. Select the small version and copy the link on the bottom (where it says: "2. Copy and paste this HTML into your webpage").
Once you did this with all the selection of pics you can write a comment, or explain a little of your work.
OTHERS
- You can upload to the discussion thread as many as portfolios as you want, as long as they have a real subject.
- There're no limitations for themes. You can choose whatever you want. Portraits, Textures, Still life, Landscapes, Fashion, etc.
