About Popeye

I grew up watching old Popeye cartoon reruns on TV after school.

This group is intended as a place for you to post photographs and images related to Popeye and other characters from the Popeye cartoon (Bluto, Olive Oyl, Sweet Pea, etc.).

This group is limited to Popeye related images. It is intended for Popeye fans.

Please indicate any relevant identifying information about the image if you have it or if it is interesting so that folks looking at the pics have some idea what it is.

(Photos that don't meet the stated criteria may be removed without notice, as well as any that I feel are somehow inappropriate; and members may be banned in my discretion without cause.)

I will start things off with pictures I have taken of some Popeye toys that I keep on some shelves at our family cottage. The pictures you post here, however, don't have to be of Popeye toys: they can be any Popeye related image (e.g., stills form the cartoon itself, paintings, advertisements, original art, sculpture, etc.).
