I scored some 600 film but I didn't have a 600/SX70 camera so I sold it(really fast actually)
Then I tumbled upon 5 packs of spectra film, tried selling some to fund a camera but no luck
Searched locally for a spectra, but only ended up getting a 600 and SX-70 body.(great now that I don't have any film for those lol)
So I caved and ordered a spectra 2 off e...
Why not try something different a friend said to me, and he did, so we did and here it is:
Personally this is now my favorite 600 camera to take around town. Whereas my SLR680 was my go to before.
many musicians and artists have been using polaroid photos or collage as their music record covers.

The front cover of the album, conceived and executed by David Byrne, is a photomosaic of the band comprising 529 close-up Polaroid photographs.

Just wondering whether this is an 'interesting' camera or not? Does £25 sound reasonable for a 88-1 Body, 88-3 & 88-5 Lenses and 88-13 & 88-49 CRT Hoods. Instructions are also included :-)
I understand that it takes the 3.25x4.25" pack film, so should be Ok with Fuji FP-100 etc. but I'd quite likely use it for Polaroid pinhole experiments, and perhaps to see whether the...
Hi to all, my first post on flickr!
I just got a sx70 and I'm checking if everything's fine. Using the focus wheel, the image in the viewfinder gets darker and darker when I roll the wheel on the right (focusing on near objects). It's normal or my new camera is broken? Thanks in advance for the help
Hi there. I have a folding land camera 100 manual option 3000 production 18. And I noticed little (really, they are tiny) spots of light through the bellows when I put it through light. I wonder if this can affect my pictures somehow.
I took some shots with the portrait lenses and got these pics, which I think I have already posted here.
Up until now, I've mostly shot using 669 film and Fuji packfilm, but with the odd pack of impossible project or expired polaroid 600 or 779 film here and there. I just picked up a cheap Onestep Closeup because I don't shoot with 600 film as often, but I recently came a box of 14 packs of film, plus I got myself some of the American woods collection film. I'd like to upgrad...
Lomography's site is telling us that we are losing this beautiful film.
So sad. If true... since I can't find the same information on Fujifilm site.
What would be acceptable shutter speeds for portraits in available light with the pack film format and a leaf shutter?
With my Rolleiflex I get great results at 1/15 handheld.
Does the greater format of the pack film, say with a polaroid 180, allow me to shoot a slower speed then that?
I'm wondering because FP-100C is rather slow...
There was a thread about polaroid photo exchanges on here but from years ago! I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing polaroid photo exchanges. Essentially a pen pal through polaroids! I just sent 3 out to friends and they've all reached!! Wanting to send more, and receive a few as well. Please reply back or direct message me and hopefully we can get somethi...
I got a Polaroid 600 from a thrift shop and I tried to test it by attaching a 5V Power to the battery attachments of the unit and I also managed to get the film counter working by sticking a piece of paper on it . It booted up, the lights went green, counter works but I am not entirely sure if the shutter is functioning properly. It somehow continuously shoots ...
I own a Polaroid 180 and a while back I purchased the portrait/close up lens made specifically for it. I tried screwing on the portrait lens and it doesn't screw on.
The weird thing is I tried using the close up lens too and the same thing happens. It doesn't let me screw it on.
Both the portrait/close up lens have the "made for the Polaroid 180" on them...
Hello guys, I found some packs of polaroid 667 B&W film for sale. I wonder if there is a chance they are ok and still producing good images.
The have been stored in around 20 celcius degrees and the expiration date is 07/2009
since last week I am a happy owner of a Polaroid 195 in almost perfect condition with the original two window finder (NOT a swapped Zeiss finder).
But after making the first shots I noticed that all of them have been out of focus. In fact, the real focus was set farther than the viewfinder showed me. The only way for me to get a nailed focus is to inentiona...
This time I scored 5 packs of spectra film, the guy only had 600/SX70 cameras and he couldn't figure out what these fit(I of course knew they were for spectras)
All of them are without boxes so that's no help to decode what version they're/exp date. Two are still wrapped in the wrapper, two are in open wrappers. The last is completely out of the wrapper, they all have t...
I am owner of both Polaroid 405 & Fuji PA-145 backs and problem with both of them is that they position the frame off center - closer to one edge of the standard 4x5 image rendering usage of the lens uneven.
I am wondering if there exist any Polaroid type 100 back that will be centered to the 4x5 frame? Or maybe somebody did some modification to achieve t...
