About Pleione orchids
This plant family contains approximately 19 species and 6 natural hybrids and over 300 specially developed hybrids.
Species: albiflora, aurita, bulbocodioides, chunii, coronaria, formosana, forrestii, grandiflora, hookeriana, humilis, limprichtii, maculata, microphylla (with reservations), pleionoides, praecox, saxicola, scopulorum, vietnamensis, yunnanensis.
Natural Hybrids: x barbarae, x christianii, x confusa, x kohlsii, x lagenaria, x taliensis

- Please do not post twenty pictures of the same flower (or a study thereof).
- When it comes to studies a maximum of five photos are allowed.
- No photos of dead flowers.
- Only pictures of real flowers.
- Pictures of plants and flower identification are especially welcome in the pool.
Photos deemed inappropriate for the pool can be removed by the administrators without prior notice. Break the rules and you'll find yourself in a place where no orchid will bloom.
