A lot of this, I think, will consist of revisiting the subject matter others have explored - finding my own angles to shoot at the locations they've been at, reviewing the movies they've seen and comparing notes. Probably a few recipes - how many sites will have nabemono
recipes next to pictures of barbecued brisket? This will be one of them, which sort of ties into the whole free association thing, given the frequency with which you'll be seeing Japanese films and Westerns - what a natural pairing - reviewed on my film blog. Science fiction, maybe, but not so much, so there will be no recipes for gagh, though you'll be excited to know that somebody came up with vegan version of that fictitious dish.

None of this will involve taking still shots from movies I haven't made. I've noticed the large number of would-be contacts whose accounts have been deleted. While the posting of stills in movies reviews is a practice with decades of historical preference that would seem to fall well within the bounds of fair use - note that one can't reconstruct the commercial product (the film) from the still, or even get a full sized image of the screen as it would be seen during a viewing of the film form these compressed graphics - I don't want to chance it. Any movies stills you see will be from films I shot, myself. Videos, really, I suppose.
