I don't like mysteries.
Unfortunately, I'm really, really lonely now because of my new job, and crave human companionship like everybody else on this board craves bacon.
And i crave bacon too. Crave it like a crackhead craves crack, but with bacon. Thank Odin you don't have to shoot bacon up between your toes. That'd be messy. Like a reverse liposuction. Eww.

It's not explicitly stated, so I don' know if everybody understood, but this is a surprise and mystery for everyone, including the photographer. No one knows whose stuff will be hanging up, not even the great and powerful Oz. Maybe it could be your stuff hanging on the walls Saturday night... perhaps, perhaps, perhaps.

... if you click the links at the top you'll get some more details of the venue ... it looks like a dive bar on the outside, but the food there always gets good-excellent reviews ... we've had kids participate before but they would be in and out early like 7-8PM ... there are 3 floors to the place ... the third floor is smoke-free and where the pictures hang ... i also have been running a slideshow of the show's work with my digital projector in the back on the 3rd floor ... and we're also planning another activity that might be fun for the whole family ... so it depends on your comfort level of bringing your kids into what might look like a dive bar on the outside ... if you do come, there's free parking in the bank's parking lot next door ...

I think another thing to note is that this is a bar. When you go through the first floor, there will be all sorts of people drinking. Some are decent people, others may have been drinking since breakfast. That's kind of what a bar is, for better or for worse.
Third floor, will be different. Yeah, folks will be drinking, but it's definitely a good friendly crowd.
Having said that, I'll leave the decision in your hands.

I'll second Leafy's note that the food there is quite good -- better than what you'd expect looking at the place from the outside.
We're packing up my niece (who spends the summers with us) on Saturday night. We'll drop by if we can, but it doesn't look good right now. She's gotta be back home on Sunday.

Just to update the new folks here:
The show generally starts at 7PM and runs though 1AM or whenever you stagger, eruhm, i mean need to go ... some have hung out to chat until closing time and end up for pancakes at a designated location, usually Ritters in Bloomfield/Shadyside ... i personally have opted out of the breakfast run more recently due to being scheduled in the morning for other activities and breaking down the projector about midnight so that i have time to get some sleep ... but the night is usually open for "spur of the moment" decisions ... it's all about the fun ... hope to see you there!

SoundAndFury: There were a lot more people than me putting this together. The Focus412 crew is massive and accomplishes the impossible with stunning ease. Also, the show would suck big time if I was the only one putting these together. Leafy, Tim, and Dan were the stars that made this show great.
