About Fotodenuncia Monte Pindo

The group intends to report vandalism that break each day onto galician's Monte Pindo (Pindo Mount).

Before uploading photos of modern paintings or engravings on stones or anywhere else in the Monte Pindo, just cover the whole agression with a black box. Label your picture with the text in the painting or engraving (initials, names, etc.). And if possible geotag your photo for helping us to find the place.

The interest of this initiative is to shame those who have left any kind of tags on the stones of the mountain, and make them aware that in natural areas that is not art, but just vandalism. If you paint any stone in the Olimpo Celta (Celtic Olympus of the galicians), you're destroying a Mother Nature's work of art with over 300 million years old. Hence the black box and the title of the photo.

Monte Pindo (Carnota - A Coruña, Galicia) is a natural and historical mountain that meets the requirements to become the 7th Natural Park of Galicia, and so we claim from Asociación Monte Pindo Parque Natural (Mount Pindo National Park Association).
