The pinay shutter group now has its own web site on Multiply! I want you to join so you'll be alerted whenever we add new photos, messages, events and other information to our site. This will make it extremely easy and fun to share info and stay in touch with fellow pinay shutter members.

*pinay shutter is a place for all pinay photographers -- beginner, amateur or professional -- to meet other photographers, to submit their work, to get some more exposure, and, in general, to help them improve their photography skills from learning from other club members and the tips and tutorials provided.
*PhotographersClub hopes to encourage photographers to keep their minds open, to express themselves, and to be helpful to other photographers who hope to improve their skills.

With individual photographic eyes, we come together, with an unbridled passion, and use our cameras to interpret the human condition. We document the gamut of emotions— hope and helplessness, beauty and depravity, happiness and heartbreak, life and even its eventuality, death. We are Pinay Shutters----Sisters of Photography.
A diverse collective of Filipino women photographers, we capture moments and document events that awaken the sleeping conscious, and weave together a strong social fiber. We explore and embrace theme-based imagery. Our visual photos have told, and will continue to tell, stories of life’s journeys, often capturing ordinary people in extraordinary places, situations or circumstances
As we lay bare our photographic souls, we invite you into our journey of self. Through the eyes of our camera lens, And of all the wonders that you view, You may be surprised to see, The most magnificent wonder Is You.
I have had the supreme pleasure of being with the women of Pinay Shutters since its inception. It has provided me with an artistic place called "Home". And, it has opened my heart to the dance of Subject and Object. I extend an invitation to you....the Pinay Shutters!
This club is open to all Pinay photographers as an online club.
