About Pictures of Art Are not Art
This is a group for pictorial representations of art and art objects, not just to document the art piece, but to show it in a new light. The objective of this group is to destroy the notion that pictures of art are not art. To that end, we encourage pictures that take each art object to a new place, or focus on a particular aspect of the piece.
Let’s keep graffiti in the Stuff on Walls group (www.flickr.com/groups/stuffonwalls/) I get that a picture of graffiti is a picture of art – but that is not we are going for here.
No limits and no rules except that admins can delete anything they feel like (translates to, will delete anything that does not fit the objective.)
