Lass Blogger die Hand auf Deine Bilder legen

Falls Du ein Bild an diese Flickr Gruppe sendest:

1) musst Du eine Creative Commons Lizenz für das Bild haben
2) stimmst Du zu, dass dieses Bild in einem Blog-Artikel ohne Vergütung mit den unten genannten Bedingungen verwendet werden darf - gleich was Deine Creative Commons Lizenz sagt (Du "erweiterst" Deine Creative Commons Lizenz)
3) Du setzt Deine Flickr Einstellungen so, dass jeder Dein Bild herunterladen kann ("all sizes"). Um das zu ermöglichen gehst Du zu "Your Account / Privacy & Permissions / Global Settings" und änderst "Who can download your photos" nach "Anyone". Nur bei Pro Accounts kann dann auch das Originalbild heruntergeladen werden, ansonsten aber alle generierten Größen ("People with free accounts aren't able to offer their original image files for download.")
4) versicherst Du alle entsprechenden Rechte an dem Bild zu besitzen.

Falls Du ein Blogger bist und ein Bild dieser Flickr Gruppe in einem Blog-Artikel benutzen möchtest, so ist es Dir ohne Vergütung erlaubt unter den folgenden Bedingung:

Du setzt am Ende Deines Blog-Artikels zwei Links
1) ein Link auf die Homepage der Flickr Gruppe (http://www.flickr.com/groups/pic-pool-4-bloggers/)
2) optional ein Link zur Flickr Profil Seite des Benutzers, der das Bild nach Flickr hochgeladen hat (z.B. http://www.flickr.com/people/injelea/). Alternativ kanns Du einen Link zum Blog des Benutzers setzen (sofern er diesen Link in seinem Flickr Profil nennt).

Let bloggers put their hand on your pictures

If you send a picture to this Flickr group

1) you must have a Creative Commons License for that picture
2) you agree that this picture may be posted free of charge under the conditions below in any blog regardless what your Creative Commons license tells (you "extend" your Creative Commons License)
3) you have your Flickr settings set so that everyone can download your picture ("all sizes"). To enable that go to "Your Account / Privacy & Permissions / Global Settings" and change "Who can download your photos" to "Anyone". All generated sizes can be downloaded but only pro accounts can offer the download of the original size ("People with free accounts aren't able to offer their original image files for download.")
4) you assoure to own all appropriate rights for that picture.

If you are a blogger and want to use a picture of this flickr group you are allowed to do so without any fee under the following condition:

At the end of your post you set two links
1) one link to the flickr group homepage (http://www.flickr.com/groups/pic-pool-4-bloggers/)
2) optionally one link to the flickr page of the user who posted the picture to flickr (i.e. http://www.flickr.com/people/injelea/). Alternatively you may link to the blog of the user when he or she tells this link in his or her flickr profile.
