Please post photos that have been stolen in the pool, if you'd like to.

About Photo Watch

Photowatch is a watchdog group for flickr users. Our goal is to form a network of people that keeps an eye out for photos being used without our consent. If we come across a photo from a contact that is being used without their permission, we will bring it to their attention.

This group was designed to allow us to keep our photos public without having to add silly watermarks or add full copyright to them. In addition, we will discuss ways to deal with the issue. Photos will be stolen, but that doesn't mean there isn't something we can do about it.

Our targets are the companies that steal our photos and fail to compensate us for them, or even give us credit for their use.

If you have an idea on how to make this group better, or would like to moderate or be an administrator, please let me know.
