Thinking of Jack's Firehouse for food because it's close and can hold up to 200 people. We would need the headcount at least two weeks before the meetup in order to make the reservations. What do you think?

I got an email back from ESP about the group discount
If we have 15 or more non-ESP members attend there is a discounted rate of $10 per person. Seniors under the group rate cost $9 and students cost $7. Price of the equipment pass will be reduced from $10 per pass to $5 and can be used all year.
