#1, Make an event at Upcoming.org
Many photowalkers use Upcoming to track any photowalks in their area.
#2, Register with Photowalking.org and I'll help you write an announcement post!

Trevor, I'm registered on photowalking.org forum already, same username as my flickr account. Does that give me permission to post to the home page?

Great to hear your coming to the event.
A check of the weather predicts rain/snow on Saturday. It is several days from now, so who knows what it will be like on Saturday. No matter what, I'm planning on going anyway no matter what the weather brings. Being from Southern California, I still love the winters here on the East coast, so I'm up for anything.

Thanks to everyone that attended the photowalk today. I had a great time and I hope you did as well. From the count of the names I have in my book, it looks like we had about 25 participants. A group photo can be found here. We had some additional people join the group after this shot was taken.
I tagged my photos as DCPhotowalk and also BethesdaPhotowalkFeb08. Feel free to tag them the same so I can put some tag links in the recap post. Also don't forget to post a few of your best shots to the group.
I will post a recap on the www.photowalking.org website sometime tomorrow.

Thanks Macmoov for organizing the walk! My guys and I had a blast! I'm soooo happy I was able to get a few good tips from others and all the participants were very welcoming! I'll def attend the next one!

It was great meeting everyone yesterday during the photowalk... I just posted my photos. I look forward to doing this again!
