Please don't use this group as a dumping ground for all your pictures. Let's discuss ways to improve our photography. And do things we thought wasn't possible.

Please read before posting:
In order to receive input and help on your image please post an image to the pool, then start a discussion thread with details of the image you are posting. It will need to include a link to the posted image and should include the following information:

Type of shot: (portrait/candid/snapshot)
Purpose of shot: (to hang on wall/stick in scrapbook/blackmail kid when older etc.)
Intended effect: (Trying to capture personality/wanted to see eyes/liked the scene/kids in motion, etc.)
Techniques used: (Flash or other light sources/time of day/DOF/Photoshopping, lens used, EXIF data, etc.)

This will give an insight for those of looking to improve or trying to duplicate an effect they really liked.

At the end of the discussion, the original poster can add what they don't like/would change.
