A few groups have been already formed around specific activities that can be done on Photophlow. I've listed the ones I know of below. If you know of others please post here. Or discuss ideas for new ones.
Live Photo Critique

The whole idea for this is to do it on a live basis, as a complement to the ordinary group post system.
Chat with a group member that is online at the same time as you are.
Flickrwhack - Live

Do a flickr search using only two words. Place/product names are OK, other proper nouns and made-up words are not. If only one result is found, that's a Flickrwhack. Add the text below as a comment asking if they could find another...
Kitten, Baby, Sunset

The premise of the game is to quickly identify "kittens", "babies" and "sunsets" in flickr's explore rankings... for points!
