About Photography: The Art of Seeing
This group is for photographers in the South Florida area. It's been set up to support the Meetup group, Photography: The Art of Seeing.
We are a group of photography enthusiasts who aspire to bring our work to the level of fine art. Our mission is to spread our passion for the “art of seeing” to others so that they may use the camera as an artistic tool, much as painters use their brushes or sculptors their hammers and chisels.
We welcome all those, regardless of experience, with an interest in advancing their photographic skills. Many of our members attend Jack Wild’s fine art photography classes at Old School Square in Delray Beach but this is certainly not a requirement for membership in the group. We look forward to having you join us, make some new friends and share a few tips and techniques.
