Membership Rules:
Everyone is free to join the group. But this group is targeted for photo enthusiast from India and abroad who are associated in some way to the wonderful city of Pune.
Please make sure your photo-stream has some photos before joining this group. Members with empty photo-streams will be rejected.
Photo Posting Rules:
Photos must comply to these rules, failure to do so will result in the photo been removed from the pool without any notice:
- The photographer must have an"active" association with Pune
- Photos from meetups organized by this group
- You may post 1 photograph per day
- Post the picture you feel is the best. We dont want your entire photostream in the pool.
Don't:
- Post images that you cannot claim authorship of
- Re-post a photo, removed from the group
- No nude or vulgar photos. We are a family group
Group Discussion Rules:
- NO orkutting... there is a very good reason why Orkut exists. Lets make use of that and leave this group to "photography" and Pune related discussions only
- Flooding... don't start multiple threads on the same topic. Don't worry about the length of the tread, if you reply in the same thread its easier for others to follow.
- Check before you start a new thread, there might be one on the same topic. Use the search engine from Flickr to find out if your questions are already answered.
- Self advertisements are banned! Hence do not start threads like "See my photos from the recent trip".
- You may start a critic thread, but only for your photo, not somebody else's.
- Treat each other with respect. Be polite and constructive.
The group is constantly moderated and failure to obey the rules result in a polite reminder and then banning from this group.
- Kindly introduce yourselves to the group in the thread 'INTRODUCTIONS/Cafe ' Please don't open a new thread for the same.
- After a shoot, if a thread is started, showcasing the shoot, only two photos per member will be allowed. More than two will be deleted
- Please do not use this group for any advertisements for monitory gain. Posts such as "wedding photographer required ... " , "Photography Workshops . .. " are not encouraged in this group. Such posts will be deleted without any warnings.
