About Photocamp Leeds {2008}

Photocamp Leeds {2008} was Europe’s first photographic ‘unconference‘ based on barcamp principles. Where those who attended created the programme of sessions themselves. It was an open, participatory, democratic event with the organisers and sponsors simply providing a venue, facilities, beverages and food! The attendees provide the content - and the buzz.

The conference itself was hosted at Old Broadcasting House in Leeds on 6th September with a warm-up social, post event chill out and 'Big Sunday Shoot' with access to many Leeds City Council venues.
