About October 2011: A month in 31 pictures.

Hi all, it's nearly that time of year again.

Get ready and spread the word.

A photo a day for the month of October. That's it. It doesn't carry the same weight of commitment as a 365 project and I thought it would be a nice thing to share with my contacts, and my contacts' contacts, and maybe even my contacts' contacts' contacts... It could end up as just me but it would be nice to do something together!

I thought about setting challenges within the project, or specific topics for specific days but I think less is more in this case.

No rules as such, just guidelines really, we're all grown-ups:

1. One photo a day during the month of October. That's one photo actually taken on each day...no forgetting for a week and then shooting and posting 7 in one day!
2. No set topics but it would be nice to think you're setting out to take a shot specifically for this group rather than uploading one at random.
3. All the usual safe rules regarding nudity, profanity, etc.
4. You don't have to post every day but it would be nice not to fall too far behind.
5. It would be nice to leave a comment on someone else's photo when you post a photo of your own. There's a strapline below for you to copy and paste.

That's about it I think. What d'you think? Tell your friends, it could be fun.
