Hello guys/ gals,
I first thank Jon for inviting me to Manila. I am really looking forward to meet great photographers like you all.
This will be my 5th time to Manila but my first time taking photograph together with fellow Flickrers from Philippines. I am sure we would enjoy each other company.
I will arrive on 15th Nov (Sat) at Clark and I will travel down by coach to Manila. Should reach Manila, Pasay City at around 4pm.
I will stay till 18th Nov before flying out to Cebu to meet my NGO friends from 'Share A Child Movement'.
I will return to Manila again on the 21st and stay till 24th.
Sorry guys, my commang of the Tagalog language is almost zero. Ha Ha. But I hope to learn it so can speak to the people.

That's a wonderful idea, Ron! Maybe that will help these kids, in any way it can. It will also serve as a medium to inform and awaken those who are pretending to be blind to what is happening to our country's children.

Kalyetographers! A Flickr friend sent me this PM after asking her to view our thread.... I just want to share with you (with her permission) what she wrote....
"Thank you for this link, and honestly I had tears in my eyes when seeing all those shots.
I had heard about the dreadful situation of some people where you live when watching TV, even if I haven't seen any documentaries about it for a long long time now, but I never thought it was that terrible.
Some shots are so so powerful, and maybe as most of them are in B&W, it intensifies how dramatic the situation is.
How on earth can such things still exist in today's society....
I hope your photos will help and open people's eyes and make them react so as to help all these children and families.
