About 2009 Photo-diet Project

How much, and what, do you really eat in a week?
How often do you have a cake, a biscuit, a chocolate?
You’re eating healthy food, but are you eating too much of it, or maybe too little?

Participate in the 2009 photo-diet project and find out.

Photograph everything you eat either just before you eat it or, if packing a lunch box, after it's packed. Don't forget all the snacks, biscuits, nibbles and high-calorie drinks. Then post your photos here.

The best way to see how much, and what, you eat each day is to make them into a mosaic (I used fd flickrtoys mosaic maker). You can post that here, too.

Whether you are trying lose weight, maintain your weight, put weight on or are just curious about what you eat you are welcome to join the group.
