About Philadelphia: The Charm of the City

This group is for charming architectural details, public art, and street scenes that evoke the magic of Philadelphia. The city is a unique blend of a modern American city with an old-world, European feel. We're also interested in quirky, off-beat photos, but not typical skyline or Liberty Bell shots unless they present an unusual view. Please: no shots of urban despair (decaying lots, the homeless--there are plenty of groups for these photos). Also, only include people as the main subject if they are charming public characters--street performers, etc

Here's something to copy and paste:

RULES: You may submit up to three photos a day that fit the above description. Sorry, but photos that are off-theme will be removed from the pool. Photos must both be 'charming" and "Philly"-- a charming photo of excellent quality that could have been taken anywhere is not appropriate for this group.
