About Philippines Street Photography

What is street photography?

Street photography features subjects in candid situations within public places such as streets, parks, beaches, malls. The Phyla of Street Photography gives some good insight, tips, and techniques on this. Calling the Shots is also a good guide on street photography.

There are other "street photography" groups in Flickr. But this group is focused on the Philippines. Philippines is a fascinating place---bustling with energy, snarling with character, rioting with merriment. I hope that the contributors to the group will submit pictures that capture the fun and excitement that is Philippines!
