Welcome to Photographers in Perth where photographers from Perth, Western Australia, whether beginner, hobbyist or professional, can show off photos and discuss photography.

Group Guidelines
New members please note: As PIP has had a fair number of faux-Flickr accounts using it to spam group posts with ads, and a few unpleasant experiences with people who "troll" the group to incite mischief, we have had to moderate all new memberships. To make sure that you are not one of these Flickr spammers, we ask that all prospective members have a relevant icon/avatar, a short biography about themselves in their profile and at least a couple of photos they've taken themselves, or of themselves.

Having these things will make it easier for PIP Administrators to accept your application. If you do not have these already set up, it will take time to for our Admins to contact you, then time for you to organise these details.

Members without the above will be removed from the group by one of the Admins. This is primarily for reasons of security and to prevent inappropriate lurkers or 'anonymous' discussion 'trolls'.

While passionate discussion is encouraged, please keep the language civil. Inciting flame wars, personal attacks, sexual & racial vilification will in no way be tolerated and such comments will be moderated or deleted without warning.
