For me personally, once people see that I love photography, know what I'm doing, and am serious about this, they usually respect me [for people my age] or take me in as an equal [for adults].
Part of me gets kind of nervous that I'll be judged for my age but usually once I do the above and "prove" myself, age isn't a problem.

But teens definitely have a bad reputation, which is very unfortunate. My advice: just do it."

Some people just forget you're a teenage photographer and assume that you're pro and everything with all that equipment and push everything for you to do (events coverage, photo editing, etc). So I think being humble is very important; as a teen photographer, one should come across as humble but willing to learn and yet have some degree of knowledge and most of all, showing your passion for the quest of that perfect picture."
