About UK Class 313/314/315/317/318/445/446/455/507/508 -The PEPs

PEP was the Prototype EMU Design of the 60s and 70s for a new High Density Multiple Unit to a uniform design.

Original Classes were 445 (4PEP, 4 Car) and 446 (2PEP, 2 Car)

Derivatives Include:-

Class 313, 314, 315, 317 and 318 AC over-head EMUs
Class 455, 507 and 508 DC third-rail EMUs

Therefore this group is for Photographs of the Class listed above - and also including their Prototypes 445/446s
