People Watching or With a TV

This group was started by Gerard Yates. His wife, Trilby Yates, wrote on 29 Dec 2007:

"On October 27, 2007 my husband Gerard Yates died of lung cancer.He was diagnosed in February 2007 and passed away one month before his birthday. Jerry was an amazing artist, both in film and music.I hope that the current members continue to add their photographs and please know that he really did appreciate each and everyone of you...it brought a great amount of joy to him each time a new person joined and a new photograph was posted. Peace ~ Trilby Yates"

RIP, Gerard. The group has continued since then because he'd had an excellent idea for a group. Below is the description of the group he wrote:

*NO PICTURES OF JUST TELEVISIONS.

People can be mesmerized by television. Sometimes I like to watch them watching.
A television as an appliance has transformed to furniture and sculpture, (credit Sony for that). It is now as common as a chair.

*NO PETS WATCHING TV PLEASE.

*NO PICTURES OF JUST TELEVISIONS. THERE MUST BE A PERSON, OR PERSONS, PRESENT OR REFLECTED.

**THERE MUST BE A PERSON, OR PERSONS, OR PART OF, IN EVERY PICTURE. NOT A SHOT OF A TELEVISION UNLESS A PERSON IS IN THE FRAME OR REFLECTED ON THE SCREEN.

**PICTURES OF PEOPLE WATCHING TV DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE A TV.

*It can be anyone, or a group of people, watching television at home, in a bar, store windows, airports, stadiums, etc.
