Administrator Needed

I got an automated message from flickr saying that I am now the Administrator of the Peace Corps-Ukraine group since the last administrator left and I am the longest serving member. But I feel like the administrator should be someone who is still in Ukraine. So I'll do the Administrator-thing if needed, but I wanted to know if anyone else wanted the position.
