About PDX Strobist (Portland, Oregon)

Portland Strobist is a photography group for Portland based photographers to post strobist related photos, discuss all things related to off-camera lighting through the use of flash units, referred to as strobing, particularly with relation to the Portland,Oregon region. Currently we are having monthly meetup/photoshoots so please check back often for announcement/RSVP Lists.

Just a reminder This group is related to the main strobist group, which means we adhere to many of its rules. The first rule being, off camera flash/strobe/light work only; unless the photos are of setup/behind the scenes. We also request that lighting information be included. Why the rules? If we didn't have these rules, there would be no point to the group. We would just be like:Portland Photo GeeksPortland PhotographersOregon Based Models and Photographersand so on.
