About PCC tram/streetcar/trolley
This is a group devoted to the President's Conference Committee tram. Designed in 1929 in the USA, but successful all over the world. One of the best-designed trams ever and certainly the most beautiful.
It was built by many tram companies the world over. They look different in every city. The admin of this group is a bit biased, because he thinks that the PCCs in The Hague in the Netherlands are the best looking and the most elegant ones, but this group welcomes all PCCs.
The important manufacturers of the PCC were the St. Louis Tram Company, Pullman Standard, La Brugeoise et Nivelles, Tatra and Konstal.
