I'm looking for a sewing pattern to make a hooded sweatshirt and or cardigan. I can't knit.

I'm looking for a babydoll dress pattern, something like this:
www.etsy.com/transaction/48658872
Or this:
www.etsy.com/transaction/48658871
Or even this:
www.etsy.com/transaction/53403460
I'm sure it's out there somewhere... I may have even seen it - but I have seen so many patterns that I can't remember!
P.S. I don't know of any hooded sweatshirt/cardigan patterns Kat, but if I come across one, I'll post it here immediately!

Kat - I haven't found a pattern for either in LTF size, but what you could try is sizing up or down a pattern for another doll?
This pattern for Lati Yellow might work, if printed at a larger size (might need a copy store to do it): www.puchicollective.com/sewing-patterns/lati-yellow-hoode...
The formula for resizing is (Size You Want/Size You Have) then move the decimal place over two places to the right. Lati Yellow is 16cm tall. Littlefee is 25cm tall.
25/16 = 1.5625
Move the decimal place over, and the pattern should be printed at 156%
That give you the general size, but you may have to fuss a bit with sleeve length.
I couldn't find anything free for a cardigan, but several people have had success sizing down American Girl patterns, and Liberty Jane has a slouchy cardigan pattern that might suit!

Meike - I want one of those too! I have seen them for Blythe, and I have seen someone selling them, but haven't found a pattern yet. Perhaps someone else will know!
In the meantime, you might be able to alter Melanchlywing's Empire Bodice pattern?
(I could swear I've seen this available as a free pattern for Blythe, but my Googling skills are failing me this morning. Perhaps you'll have better luck!)

I can't get into my sewing room today - slumber party so no sewing for me....:(
I'm going to work on a zip up hoodie next because I want pokemon hoodies for my girls - drafting it off of the ringer pattern because my machine can't handle tiny knit curvy tshirt sleeves. Is this the kind of hoodie you are looking for?

Oh goody - found this. I found a ballet outfit pattern for a doll almost the size of little-fee/Yosd. I remember making it and it was too short. It's in my "stuff to get to" pile. Glad I saw this to almost-remember it. I'll try to post again on where I found it and who is was specifically for. 10" Ann Estelle maybe (it's a popular doll the curly hair and glasses)? Could have been in one of the doll magazines but I found it through a google search a few years ago.

Found the Ann Estelle pattern - it's in December/January 2007 of Doll Reader (has a narae on the cover). It's a ballerina outfit: tutu, leotard and tights. It's a good start for a littlefee pattern.

Sorry MelancholyWings I never saw your reply! Yes I want to make zippered hooded sweatshirts for the crew (2 ltf + 1 5*Doll) and I figured I could adapt a pattern to slope the neckline and omit the hood to make it a cardigan.
