15 Mar 09 - Remember it's a very specific type of photo in this group; NOT shafts of light in the clouds, or reflections, or clouds themselves nor the shadow from a cloud on the ground;
BUT
The patches of bright light on the ground caused by clouds overhead passing / opening so there is a clear definition of lit areas and dark ones. Emphasis being on the PATCHES of LIGHT that are on the GROUND !!!

About Patches of light on the ground through clouds

This is specifically for photos that show patches of light caused by the sun shining through or past clouds forming patches of light on the landscape (stormy skies are even better!) see the group icon.

Please feel free to add any suitable photos you have - I can't be the only person out there taking these photos!! Prove me wrong !!
