About pastel ( ONLY soft colors!)

tout tendre, tout doux, tout pastel...

Pastel means a colour or hue that is soft, delicate, pale ... light, muted, subtle ... as if the true color has been mixed with white to lighten it.

Please, submit only pastel colours, soft colours, gentle, tender... ;-)

Please do not post garish, bright photos or with catchy, flashy, strong colours, they will be removed.

Also, we will remove photos that do not have a soft, delicate pale color as the majority of the picture, so please do not post those either. For example, photos that have mostly black, or vibrant greens with a teeny little pink flower - that would not be a pastel photo because it is mostly vibrant green!

Also, another example of an inappropriate photo for this pastel group, would be a landscape with a blue sky (yes - the sky is pastel) but that kind of photo only counts as pastel if the the rest of the photo is also pastel.

Please think about whether your photo is truly soft, light, delicate, and pale before you post it to this group. We want the slideshow to have a flow of only soft colors.
