05 Apr 08 - Hi everyone, welcome to this new group titled "Parking Space Hogs." I hope you can join in to post photos of your misadventures of parking. If you have a photo or scan of a note you put on people's cars, please post it here too!

If you want to know... what qualifies as a parking hog? In striped parking spots: anyone who has part of their vehicle going on or over their stall. For parallel parking: obvious shot of anyone who takes more parking space than what is necessary.

About Parking Space Hogs

Hate it when you are looking for a space in your neighborhood or at a parking lot and you find out that a car is taking more than one parking space? I got so fed-up that I started taking photographs on my cell phone camera and leaving a note to visit Flickr.

So come on in and join the fun!

Make your own "parking hog violation" to stick on a person's car after taking a photo. Copy and paste the following material below and reformat it as needed:

YOU ARE PARKED IN 2 PARKING SPACES!

THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS DIFFICULT ENOUGH TO FIND PARKING WITHOUT SOMEONE TAKING 2 PARKING SPACES. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS NEXT TIME WHEN YOU PARK YOUR CAR, AND USE ONLY ONE SPACE.

Oh yeah, your photo will be posted on Flickr.com within 24 HOURS. Use search keyword "PARKING HOG" (use quotation marks in the keywords for better results).
