About The Continuing Adventures of Pandy, The Bear
This group follows the continuing adventures of a small panda bear as he makes his way in the world − and all around it!
Through the pictures and topics, you can follow Pandy, The Bear as he explores everywhere from the kitchen to the Orient. The best way to keep up with Pandy is to read the topics, since these will include descriptions of his travels with links to his photos showing what he's been up to.
As you follow Pandy's adventures, you can click on any of the underlined text to go off on your own virtual explorations. Pandy likes to insert links to all sorts of things that he finds interesting, from the Panda Cam at the Washington National Zoo to Homer's Iliad. Don't worry -- you won't lose track of Pandy since all links open in a new window.
Pandy's adventures first appeared on his original website The Continuing Adventures of Pandy, The Bear, where the first 12 chapters are still posted. Crafting the html and posting to geocities can be a bit cumbersome, however, so Pandy decided to try out using a Flickr group as an alternate method of recording his adventures. The first topic in the group is the original Chapter 1 of Pandy's adventures: Pandy Comes Home. In the future, we'll probably concentrate on adding new chapters rather than replicating the ones that are already on his previous site so if you want to read (and see) Pandy's past travels, head on over to The Continuing Adventures of Pandy, The Bear.
