If you started your project on Jan 1st, you can "flood the pool" just this once if you want your Jan pictures here too. About PAD Kids
One Photo A Day (PAD) project for babies, toddlers and children under 13 years old. Membership is limited to 50 members. When a member becomes inactive, the member will be requested to drop out of this group so the spot can be given to another active participant.
Why was this group created?
The goal of the group is to interact with other parents that share the same desire to photo journal their child's life with a Photo-A-Day project. Besides sharing photos, participation in the discussion threads is encouraged. Looking for advice on potty training? Start a discussion thread to see if someone in the group has some advice or tips. Want to just give a shout out that your child won the state's spelling bee contest? Start a new discussion thread. We want to be a supportive parent group.
Who will be able to view my child's photos and my discussions?
Your child's photos and our discussion threads can be viewed only by members of the PAD Kids group.
How do I get accepted into this group?: For the safety and privacy of our children & parents, membership is by admin discretion after viewing your Flickr photostream to confirm you indeed have a child and it shows some history of taking pictures of your child. If pictures of your child are marked "Friends or Family" then you will need to allow the admin access to view your photostream before being admitted to the group and then if/when you are accepted, remove Admin as a Friend/Family contact.
Am I required to upload daily?
Life gets busy, especially with kids. So we understand there are times you can't upload daily. If you can't upload frequently, catch up within a week or so. If unusual circumstances or an extended vacation prevent this, please Flickr email admin so you will not be considered inactive and dropped from group.
When can I start my PAD project?
You can kick off your PAD Kid project whenever you desire. This group is not based on a Jan-Dec calendar year, but a Photo-A-Day as long as you desire to keep this up and as long as you are taking your picture each day. Some people start on their child's birthday, special occasion, the first of the year or you can just start your project today.
