The PA WILDS are comprised of twelve (12) counties: Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Elk, Forest, Jefferson, Lycoming, McKean, Potter, Tioga and Warren. Only post photos from these counties to this group!
Images that don't fit this requirement will be deleted without notice.

About PENNSYLVANIA WILDS (PA WILDS)

This group is dedicated to images highlighting the incredible scenic beauty and remoteness of the twelve county northwestern region of Pennsylvania, recently designated as the "Pennsylvania Wilds".

Good photographs of scenic views, wildlife, recreation, rural life, and the odd and curious that abound in this region are what we're after. We would especially like to see photos with detailed captions describing the scene and/or telling a story germane to the area and of interest to viewers. Please add location info!

Photos not related to the region, photos without descriptive captions, close-ups of pets and kids, or images of poor quality (fuzzy, poor exposure, electric lines, trash showing, etc), will be removed by admins. Let's work to keep the group's images at the same high aesthetic value as the region itself possesses.
